What to Expect with Google's Visitor Experience

Google launched the Visitor Experience as a way to let people inside Google and be immersed in the company's environment and culture. There are various public amenities that the public can explore such as Cafe at Mountain View, The Huddle, Google Store, The Plaza, Pop-Up Shop, and Public Art.

"We've always been focused on the experience of Googlers and their friends," said Google's head of real estate Scott Foster. However, this time the company intentionally designed the project for the public to enjoy.

Despite the offerings, the public is still not allowed to walk through Google's actual office space. However, to satisfy your curiosity as to how it feels to work inside Google, the company has allotted a visitor center wherein community groups and nonprofit groups can reserve a space to hold their meetings and events.

Inside Google's Visitor Experience

The Cafe at Mountain View is the first-ever public dining experience by Google wherein they serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Visitors can sit inside the cafe or take the outdoor view on the patio. There is also a Pop-Up Shop that serves as a retail space for local and small businesses.

On the other hand, if the visitors seek artwork Google has The Plaza where various art installations and events can be explored. There are also interactive public arts within the vicinity to check out.

Of course, the tour would not be complete if the visitors were not encouraged to buy some of the popular flagship products of Google. Visitors can shop and take a look at the latest Google products. In addition, they will also be selling exclusive merchandise and offer workshops hosted by experts.
