Rumored iPad Air, Pro Models

The latest fifth-generation M1 iPad Air was released last March 2022, given its age it is likely that the device is up for a refresh.

The next iPad Air is expected to be in two display sizes such as 10.9-inch and 12.9-inch sizes. Meanwhile, Apple could also finally debut the M2 chip for the Air, along with a redesigned rear camera bump, Wi-Fi 6E support, and Bluetooth 5.3.

On the other hand, the iPad Pro variants featuring 11-inch and 13-inch display sizes are expected to switch to OLED. This means that the display will be brighter with a higher contrast ratio, and lower power consumption.

With this possible switch, iPad Pro enthusiasts must expect it to be more expensive as it could also debut with an M3 chip, MagSafe wireless charging, and a redesigned Magic Keyboard.

Rumored MacBook Air Upgrades

According to MacRumors, Apple is planning to release multiple MacBook Airs with the M3 chip, hinting at the same launch date for both 13-inch and 15-inch laptops.

With the introduction of the M3 chip, the Air models are expected to have improved graphics rendering in games and have more accurate lighting, reflections, and shadows. It will also have support for Wi-Fi 6E.

The M3 chip was initially introduced to the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro and the 24-inch iMac last year. Previously, there have been reports that the M3 Pro and M3 Pro Max chips are already nearing mass production.
