Apple Criticized: Why App Store, Apple Music, iTunes And iCloud Services Unavailable To Some Users?

Apple is presently being criticized owing to some glitches of its services. Recent news and updates have revealed that App Store, Apple Music, iTunes and iCloud services have become unavailable for some users, sparking scrutiny from Apple users.

As noted by Apple's system status page, a multitude of Apple services are currently experiencing instability and downtime for some users and the affected services include the App Store, Mac App Store, Apple TV services, iTunes In The Cloud and critical features like Find My iPhone, reports 9TO5Mac

Moreover, some users have even complained that Apple Music is also experiencing downtime, but Apple's official status report did not include this. In addition, Apple has also indicated the possibility that some users may experience downtime in sending and receiving mails using iCloud mail as well as accessing cloud Notes.

Given the glitches of the noted features, it appears that no ETA for resolution of the problems impacting the majority of Apple services has been given.

The downtime is not a minor one, but the outage and breakdown depict a major clause. More report from Apple Insider also revealed that Apple's Internet services experienced trouble for the second time in as many days as customers repeatedly complained about the outages affecting their devices and gears.

Apple has rectified all of the glitches before 3:30 p.m. Pacific time. However, the tech giant has not revealed the cause of the glitches and outages of its services such as App Store, Apple Music, iTunes and iCloud.
