A better way of making a thrilling transition from the past season to the next is to give the audience something to ponder about. “Orange Is The New Black” nailed this as the fourth seaon concluded with a heartbreaking cliffhanger that made fans emotional.

The fifth installment to the famous Netflix series already released its official trailer and its brand new plot is set to hit our screens on June 2017. The powerhouse stars started filming for season 5 and their long time supporters are not sure whether they will be able to see the complete cast on the new series or not.

Inquisitr stated that the finale of the fourth season of "Orange Is The New Black" shows Litchfield’s inmates in chaotic scenes over Poussey Washington’s death. That being said the new season is expected to give the viewers the aftermath of the tragedy. Also, more characters are expected to follow Poussey to the grave if the riot persists in Litchfield and this means the possibility of adding new characters on the said show.

Samira Wiley, who played the role of Pousey expressed her sentiment about the death of her character. "I went from being shocked and confused to really being honored and challenged by the task put in front of me," she told MIC.

Blanca is rumoured to replace Piper Chapman’s role as the leader of Litchfield while the latter remains in the series and will be linked again to Alex Vause. Moreover, fans are expecting old guests to return on the upcoming series. The likes of Ruby Rose and Petty returning would surely add more drama.

The followers of the show can only stick to the teasers and trailer for now.
