"The Young and the Restless" is rumored to be casting Angela Lin as Roz, an editor for the Genoa City Buzz who will be making an appearance starting Oct. 10. Fans are hoping that she is related with Keemo, who has been absent from the soap in 10 years since his mother died.
Roz has no official back story yet but fans are speculating she might be Keemo's daughter or relative and Keemo's family is making a comeback in Genoa City. Keemo has been mentioned in "The Young and the Restless" on several occasions so a comeback won't be impossible. If so, his family could be a helping aid to Jack (Peter Bergman) in dealing with Phyllis' (Gina Tognoni) betrayal and the scrutiny he is suffering after the incident.
Angela Lin, a Singapore-born actress and director, is well known for her daytime drama stints. She appeared as a nurse in an episode of "One Life To Live" in 2011. In 2004 she took the role of Wendy for an episode in "As The World Turns." Lin also made several appearances in the primetime including "Murder in the First," "NCIS: New Orleans," "Grey's Anatomy," and "Person of Interest."
On the other hand, in "The Young And The Restless" this Tuesday, Jill (Jess Walton) makes an offer to Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman), but she is met with criticisms. Victor (Eric Braeden) prepares to deliver an offer of his own to Travis (Michael Roark) but Travis turns down the offer while Devon (Bryton James) is buying Genoa City Buzz.
Still in business matters, Billy (Jason Thompson) would decide not to go with Lily's (Christel Khalil) advice on the new advertisement but instead go with Victoria's (Amelia Heinle) opinion. Cane (Daniel Goddard) will be offended by this and some conflict will ensue. Cane remains loyal to Lily and Jill is proud of him but her matchmaking ploy is ruining business.
