Resident Evil 7 To Be Released Soon? Exclusive Features Revealed

Resident Evil 7 has released new gameplay trailers as fans eagerly await for its new demo update. Reports say that it will soon be packed with new gameplay opportunities, new weapons and inventory management system.

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Features

According to IGN, the newly revealed items shown in the teaser will surely pack in more fun. Item boxes and shotguns will make their way back to the game, which features the return of "Inventory Tetris," allowing players to make sure that their items fit in storage in terms of space.

The latest teaser also showed that the game will present other changes including the title to represent a first-person type of gameplay. Players can also use Green Herbs for healing.

In a Capcom interview held during the 2016 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), game director Koshi Nakanishi explained, "Those are all in this game, but we wanted to start off with the first two - horror and exploration - and get you experiencing those two pillars up front. We're focusing up front about the message of horror coming home."

Resident Evil 7: Release Date

Capcom revealed that the previous demo has been downloaded more than 3 million times despite its limited availability. The Resident Evil 7: Beginning Hour demo has been given one update that delves more on the derelict plantation mansion.

Resident Evil fans are still waiting for a confirmation and release date for the game's demo on Xbox One and PC. The latest update is set after the events of Resident Evil 6, taking place in modern day, which revolves around a foreboding, dilapidated plantation in rural America.

In the game, players must survive the horrors within the mysterious, struggling estate once the game launches. They will also be introduced to a new set of characters as well as new opponents.

Resident Evil 7 is scheduled to be released on Jan. 24, 2017.
