'Dancing With The Stars' Not Interested In Salvaging Billy Bush's Career; Even Dancing Shoes May Not Save The TV Host

After being one of the casualties of Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump's locker room talk, Billy Bush is rumored to be in the process of salvaging his career. There were rumors that he will try his luck in ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" after NBC dismissed him in "Today" show following his involvement in the controversial tape. However, reports from ABC insiders reveal that the network is not planning on any move to help the host get back on his feet.

Billy Bush's TV Career Is Over?

Bush has been under much heat after he was embroiled in the middle of Trump's scandal and he was axed by NBC from "Today" show due to his involvement. The TV presenter already rallied the help of the well-respected lawyer Marshall Grossman in his camp to defend him in case he decides to litigate NBC for removing him from the show.

Meanwhile, there were some rumors that ABC tried to court him by offering him a spot in "Dancing with the Stars" for next season. It can be recalled that Ryan Lochte tried to win back the public's favor by joining DWTS following his involvement in a robbery scandal in Rio. In the same way, reports say that Bush is looking to hire a manager who can help him improve his image following the scandal.

Rumors About Joining DWTS Not True

Although there have been a lot of news that Bush will make his television comeback wearing dancing shoes, this is not likely to happen. Gossip Cop debunked this speculation stating that this story is not just late, it was also wrong. The media outlet went on to communicate with reliable sources in Bush's camp and they have denied that there was any offer for the host to join DWTS next year. Apparently, the claims that he will be in the next season of DWTS are unfounded. As of now, there's no news of any prospect for Bush.
