Steam is having its annual sale every Halloween. The online gaming website has its top games players will surely enjoy. Horror video games are the main focus of the sale since Halloween is fast-approaching.

According to Polygon, Steam just started its Halloween sale that offers very big discounts for horror video games. The biggest discount offered is at 80 percent. Fans of scary games need to be prepared and to have an enormous budget.

Games with 75 percent off are System Shock 2 that is a psychological thriller and a classic sci-fi shooter. Second is Outlast. The game is about an asylum, which can be a little bit morbid. Games with 33 percent off include Zero Escape: Zero Time Dilemma that is also a psychological thriller and one of the most exciting games on Steam. Dead by Daylight has 30 percent off and it is about surviving and avoiding a killer. 

Other games that can be downloaded now on Steam for a remarkable Halloween are Limbo, The Last Door Collection's Edition, the Metro Redux Bundle, Darkest Dungeon, Fear System Shock, Five Nights at Freddy's, Zombie Army Trilogy, Dead Space and Resident Evil, in a report on PC Gamer.

Steam Halloween Sale Also Features Non-Horror Titles

According to JBH, not only horror games are on sale on Steam. Splinter Cell is one of those non-horror games that is part of the Steam Halloween sale. The game is offered as a bundle containing Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, Splinter Cell: Double Agent and Splinter Cell: Conviction. Other games such as The Solus Project Sage, The Banner Saga, Guild of Dungoneering, Armikrog and Skyshine's Bedlam are part of the big sale.

Xbox Live is the first to offer Halloween sale but Steam's offers are hard to resist, too. Fans should grab the opportunity while the discounts are big and buy the games they want in order to celebrate the approaching holiday.
