Battlefield 1 had been a very popular game ever since it was released, but players have been asking for an additional map as the game lacks it. The prayers have been answered for the fans as Dice announced a new map to come in December as a free update for everyone.

What Is The New Battlefield 1 Map And How Does It Look Like?

Dice has not released an image of the new map named Giant's Shadow, but there is a description about the upcoming map on the Battlefield 1 website, which states "Prepare to take part in the Battle of the Selle in the cold autumn of 1918. Here, the fighting moves out of the trenches and into open country where a massive crashed airship casts its shadow onto the battlefield." It makes the snipers in the game much excited as the description tells that it is an open country. The map could have a lot of camping areas where snipers can scout and kill enemies easier.

When Is The New Battlefield 1 Map Going To Be Released?

Dice did not announce a specific release date for the map, but it is promised to be released in December and might come on Christmas. Even though it is a long time to wait for a new map, players have nothing to worry as they will get it for free. This will add more fun to the Battlefield 1 world as fans are soon to get a new map they can enjoy. Players can only hope that Dice will keep adding maps to the game as players are getting bored with what is available.
