According to Game Rant, Bethesda has offered some part-time solutions on Dishonored 2's graphics and visuals on PC. The first step is to update the drive of the PC. The game requires some specs in order to play the game at 1440p.

The player has to eliminate the open applications while playing Dishonored 2. As mentioned before, it cannot be played at 1440p resolution if the player's CPU has very high GPU. His graphic card must be GTX 1070, GTX 1080, or any substitute to the graphics card.

Bethesda is not releasing any statement if it will release a patch in order to solve the problems on PC. The developer is still thinking of other fixes that can ease the problems of the gamers using PC.
