Pokemon Sun and Moon' Guide: How To Transfer Ash-Greninja From 3DS Demo To The Full Version Of The Game

Before the worldwide release of “Pokemon Sun and Moon”, Nintendo 3DS players were able to enjoy a demo version of the game where they were not just able to get free items but own a special Ash-Greninja too. Now as the game is now available for everyone, players should not forget to transfer their Ash-Greninja to their inventory bag as they play the game’s full version.

How to Transfer Ash-Greninja to the Game?

The first thing a player must make sure for the transfer to be possible is to have both the demo version and 'Pokemon Go and Sun' full edition installed in the Nintendo 3DS. Then just start the demo version and go to the Pokemon Center. Look for Professor Kukui and you will be asked if you wish to bring the full version. Select Ash-Greninja and any item you want to go with him to the game. Once completed, you can finally enjoy your Ash-Greninja in the full version of the game.

However, if you’re Nintendo 3DS is running a card and a digital version of 'Pokemon Go and Sun', your 3DS will prioritize the card version. So in a situation like this, it's best to remove the card first from the console if the player prefers to have all the items and Pokemon into the digital copy.

Successfully Transferring Ash-Greninja

After the transfer, start the 'Pokemon Go and Sun' game and players will find a new NPC at the counter in the Pokemon Canter. Speak to this person so the player can finalize the transfer. Don’t forget to make a spot for Ash-Greninja to your party before speaking or you would be asked to do so before you can finalize the transaction.

Now once you have your Ash-Greninja in 'Pokemon Go and Sun' full edition, it's going to take a while before you can get it to listen to you. So don’t give up and continue improving your relationship with it.
