Pokemon GO Guide: How To Find Ditto Hot Spawn Spots

The recent arrival of Ditto to Pokemon GO has changed the way the game is played. It's meta has been overhauled, as players try to find ways to conquer the title using the brand new monster. But of course, not all are lucky to own it. There are still some who, despite the efforts and whatnot, have no luck capturing the creature.

As previously reported here at iTech Post, the move code of the aforementioned specie was found in the game's files. It's called Transform. Apparently, it was an indication that the elusive creature was already out in the wild. That it's up to the fans to discover and capture it.

Ditto tends to appear as a different monster in Pokemon GO. From Rattata to Pidgey to Zubat, among others, these are its first appearance. However, once it's captured, it tends to reveal its true form. This is exactly the process of capturing or owning it.

Otakukart, on the other hand, reports that the Pokemon can't be hatched via eggs. This is contrary to what most players suggest. It basically refers to the idea of hatching it in a 5 km egg (with candy requirements of at least 3). As of this writing, no one has confirmed this claimed.

Unfortunately, there has yet to be a specific spawn spot(s) for Ditto in Pokemon GO. However, that doesn't mean it's a bad thing. Why? That's because players can opt to look for Pokemon in which the creature tends to transform from. Apart from the aforesaid, these includes Spearow, Metapo, Magikarp, Paras, Venonat, Nidoran, Mankey and Ekans. And oh, players have been reporting about Snorlax being part of the list.

Simply put, catching the Pokemon in the wild is a make or break. Players could either end up capturing it or none at all. This is given, though, as it's still new in the game. Niantic might just do an update for its spawn rate. Well, of course, only time can tell.
