‘Star Wars’ Episode 8 Spoilers, News And Updates: Back Story of Kylo’s Knights of Ren To Be Revealed?

"Star Wars" episode 8 will not be shown in theaters until the last month of 2017 and yet it continues to make history as its predecessors have done. Endless rumors have been going around the internet making it one of the most awaited films of next year. Now, the rumors are focused on Kylo Ren's background.

Kylo Ren's Back Story To Be Revealed

The latest news about Kylo Ren is that he has a backstory to reveal regarding the Knights of Ren. Rumors have indicated that the origins of this mysterious group will be revealed in "Star Wars" episode 8. J.J. Abrams, the director of the upcoming sequel said that the back story of these Knights will be crucial to the story plot since they play a significant role in the movie.

Some have speculated that the members of this group were actually the padawans of Luke Skywalker but have turned to the Dark Side. However, Ben Solo (Kylo Ren) killed them all but only figuratively because Kylo has convinced them to go with him. Perhaps this will be elaborated more in "Star Wars" episode 8.

Hints Can Be Seen From Rey's Vision

There is another report from Movie Pilot, quoting Pablo Hidalgo, an executive at Lucasfilm, making a hint about Rey's vision of the force. In her vision, she saw Kylo Ren killing a clan leader. The publication said it is very likely that this group had weapons and outfits that are like those of mercenaries. If this is the case, they couldn't be the padawans of Luke in "Star Wars" episode 8.

In Rey's vision scene, these Knights were all clad in black, standing and staring down at Rey ominously. The clues are seen in their surroundings. There are bodies littering the background which led some to speculate that the scene is the aftermath of a massacre at the Jedi Academy of Luke. This seems like what Anakin Skywalker has done before he turned into Darth Vader.
