The Huawei P9 And P9 Plus Has Already Sold 10 Million Units

The Huawei P9 and P9 Plus has become two of the greatest smartphones ever made by the Chinese company, to the point in which it´s expected to make a huge success in the U.S. market, and became Apple´s worst nightmare in midterm. Latest information confirmed that this could actually happen since these incredible mobile devices have achieved an incredible amount of sales since it was released just some months ago.

The Huawei P9 Series Crossed The 10 Million Mark

According to GSMARENA, Huawei´s CBG CEO Richard Yu announced in a press release that global shipments of Huawei P9 series crossed the 10 million mark, which makes this mobile device the first company´s flagship that managed to achieve this outstanding milestone. Believe it or not, not even the exceptional Huawei Honor 8 has been able to that.

Naturally, this incredible success would make Huawei increase its power and popularity before this smartphone hits the U.S. market, which would be extremely important in order to meet expectations and achieve an important amount of sales in a nation where it hasn't made its first appearance yet.

Huawei´s Popularity Has Grown All Over The World

As reported by Android Central, the Chinese smartphone maker shipped almost 40 million mobile devices in the third quarter o 2017, which represents a 23 percent increase from the same period in 2015. Of course, this clearly shows how the company´s popularity has grown in the emerging markets as Africa or Latin America, in which Huawei has become one of the most important brands, and smartphones hat has achieved an incredible amount of sales, beating other giant brands as Samsung or Apple.

Apparently, over 44 percent of these shipments were either mid-tier of high-end devices, to the point in which the company made a huge breakthrough in the European market, including countries as Germany, France or the UK. Considering the Huawei P9 series success, the Mate 10 and P10 could easily become incredible flagships next year.
