When it debuted in the early 1990s, many felt that Doom FPS wouldn't live up to the hype that it was given. The early Beta that was released for the multiplayer was not able to allay the fears that it was not going to fulfill its expectations. But it turned out later that those fears are largely unfounded because gamers have welcomed the game heartily.

Doom FPS comes without a thick volume of tutorial. This video game enables the player to dive in and go into battle immediately with a gun in hand to overcome his opponents. The player is not burdened with a lengthy explanation of its back story. As soon as he enters the game, the player is thrown into the thick of the fight with a mission that he must fulfill.

There Are A Lot Of Powerups Throughout The Game

The video gaming website is taking a poll of its readers on what they consider as their favorite game for this year. They call their poll the People's Choice. While other video games are receiving 0 percent votes, Doom is collecting 8 percent, indicating its popularity in the gaming community
