The ZTE Blade V8 Pro and the Honor 6X are definitely two of the most incredible surprises that the world saw at the CES 2017 just a couple of days ago, considering that these are Chinese budget smartphones that could easily become flagship killers because they boast incredible specs and features in a super-affordable price. If you don´t know which mobile device you want to buy, here´s a little comparison between the ZTE Blade V8 Pro and the Honor 6X.

ZTE Blade V8 Pro vs Honor 6X: Hardware

On one hand, the ZTE Blade V8 Pro has a 2.0GHz, eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Also, it has an expandable memory up to 128 GB, and a 3,140mAh battery with Quick Charge 2.0 technology that allows you to have 24 hours talk time and 552 hours of standby tie.

On its part, the Honor 6X wears an octa-core Kirin processor with 3GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, and the possibility of an additional 64GB option in some parts, offering microSD support for storage expansion. Also, this mobile device has 3000 mAh battery, which is practically the only difference with the ZTE Blade V8 Pro on the hardware field.

One of the most interesting thing when comparing the ZTE Blade V8 Pro with the Honor 6X is the display field, given the fact that both mobile devices are exactly the same: Chinese budget smartphones that wear a 5.5-inch display with 1920 x 1080-pixel resolution with an outstanding 401 ppi pixel density.

Nevertheless, the design is another field in which there are many differences between both mobile devices. On one hand, the ZTE Blade V8 Pro comes with a front home button mounted fingerprint scanner, sizes 6.14x3.03x0.36 inches (156x77x9.1 mm), and wears a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

On its part, the Honor 6X has the fingerprint sensor on the back, the power button is on the right-hand side and has the 3.5mm headphone jack on the top, has a Micro-USB and sizes 150.9 x76.2 x 8.2mm. As can be seen in this comparison, while the ZTE Blade V8 Pro has the advantage of wearing a USB Type-C port, it loses with the Honor 6X in the size, considering that a huge phone is not exactly what customers love.

The software will field is another area in which both the ZTE Blade V8 Pro and the Honor 6X are practically the same, considering that these mobile devices run on Android Marshmallow. Nevertheless, the only big difference is that while Huawei´s phone is expected to have the Android Nougat, it´s still unknown whether the ZTE smartphone would have it or not this year.

If we´re going to talk about the camera, let´s say that this is the field in which both the Honor 6X and the ZTE Blade V8 Pro excels its expectations and offers an outstanding device to take photos at the best way possible, being this the most incredible feature that both mobile devices offer to attract the customers and conquer the market.

One one hand, the Honor 6X that sports a 12-megapixel and 2-megapixel rear camera, coupled with an 8-megapixel front camera that offers the best selfie you can get. On its part, the ZTE phone has a dual-rear camera of 13-megapixel and an 8-megapixel camera on the front, which includes extraordinary options so you can enjoy as never before.

And finally the price: considering that we´re talking about budget smartphones, the price of the Honor 6X and the ZTE Blade V8 Pro represent the most incredible detail, given the fact that these mobile devices are extremely affordable while having outstanding specs and features. Here´s the thing: while the Huawei´s phone costs $250, the ZTE handset is priced at $230.
