Rowling has been very famous because of her masterpieces that transcend through time. But despite all her success and breakthroughs in her career, the author is facing other issues that led her to fight back. Sources revealed that there were fans who chose to burn every Harry Potter books and movies they have. This came up because of the author's negative view against Donald Trump. What does J.K. According to Inquistr, there has been a number of tweets online that showed former fans of J.K. Rowling burning down their books in relation to Rowling's view on Donald Trump.

In one of the tweets, they stated, "@jk_rowling just burned all my Harry Potter books after being a fan for 17 years."

The said Twitter users also revealed the greatest memories they had during their first time buying a Rowling's novel. They also revealed that they would never want to read a novel that is connected to the author again.

 "You embarrassed me, disgusted me, and I will never read your work again #ThankyouFor17Years,"

With all of this accusation thrown at the author, J.K. Rowling decided not to overlook all the rant against her. She made a comment regarding the previous statement that made her extra famous as she is.

 "Guess it's true what they say: you can lead a girl to books about the rise and fall of an autocrat, but you still can't make her think."

The statement easily spread like a wildfire online. Some think it's perfect while others thought that Rowling shouldn't have defended herself in the first place.

 Not just that, the author also received threats that former fans have decided to burn all Rowling-related movies that they have. With this, Rowling fights back again and quips that she still has their money and burning it won't be a threat against her.

"Well, the fumes from the DVDs might be toxic and I've still got your money, so, by all means, borrow my lighter,"

Rowling is widely known for being too straightforward with her sentiments and reactions.
