Watch Honest Game Trailer For 'Lego Batman' Before Catching The Movie

Warner Bros.' Lego Batman movie just hit theaters, and a lot of good reviews are coming out for the film. To prepare for the release, however, Smosh Games has prepared an honest game trailer that mocks the Caped Crusader's Lego exploits.

Lego Batman Honest Game Trailer

The trailer covers all three Lego Batman games and talks about the evolution of gameplay, from the first game that focused solely on Gotham to the later games featured an open world and explored more of the DC Universe.

Any seasoned Lego game players should know, these game were meant for children to beat, and the trailer pokes fun at the level of difficulty, saying, "Snore your way through the Lego games' familiar formula that gives you a massive pile of characters to play as it turns most of their abilities into boring puzzle solutions or weapons you don't need for the piss-easy combat, so that the games can be beaten by unborn children and certain house pets."

Lego games are also chockfull of slapstick jokes that could be too low-brow for adults, but Lego Batman still looks to be good fun for kids before they get old enough to play the Arkham Asylum series.

Lego Batman In Lego Dimensions

In other news, the Lego Batman story pack is now available for Lego Dimensions, and it focuses on the story that will be introduced in the movie starring Will Arnett. The story pack introduces a new Batman-centric world, and it looks to feature three playable characters, them being Batman, Robin and Batgirl.

The expansion will also come with some different vehicles, and buying the pack will also give players a small playset including the bat-team and a bat-computer that they can assemble. It's a good time to be a Batman fan.

Lego Batman: The Movie is in theaters now, and the Lego Dimensions story pack is also available in stores.
