Resident Evil 7 News & Update: Not A Hero DLC Will Bring Back A Familiar Character

Capcom will introduce a new content in Resident Evil 7. It will introduce an old face that players know and that is Chris Redfield. He will be the main character in Not a Hero DLC. Finally, all the speculations of the players will be answered.

Chris Redfield is originally part of Resident Evil's franchise. The familiar face was seen making a cameo in Resident Evil 7. He appeared at the game's finale and it seems that Redfield is working for the Umbrella Corporation.

According to Polygon, when they have reached the ending, he identified himself as Redfield. Players saw that he is chasing something or someone when he appeared in the finale. However, they are not sure if he will be in Resident Evil 7.

Capcom just confirmed that Chris will be the main character in the upcoming Not a Hero DLC that will soon be released in the game. But the developer said that the official release date of the soon-to-be-released content will be on Spring, as per Destructoid.

Since the new DLC will not be available until spring time, the players can access the two Banned Footage for Xbox One and PC. The PS4 players are the lucky users who have managed to have the other contents in Resident Evil 7.

As per GameSpot, the Banned Footage Vol. 1 and 2 will bring two new tapes each. Other than that, the players of XB1 and PC can play two new game modes from the DLCs. Now that they have them, players can finally experience what it is like to face Lucas, Jack, and Marguerite.

Hopefully, players will be able to wait until spring to know Chris Redfield's story on the upcoming Not a Hero DLC in Resident Evil 7. At least they can settle with the other contents available while waiting for new update.
