‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 13 Episode 14 Spoilers: When Will Meredith Be Back?

During Thursday's episode of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13, fans get to see a lot of drama. Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) is still not back from being suspended - which is sad, because a lot of fans have been waiting for her return to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. When would she really be back?

It's not quite clear yet as to when Meredith's suspension will be lifted. What's clear is that Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) is ready to have her back. Meredith said that she wants to, but she does not want to be reinstated until Richard is the residency director, Refinery 29 said.

Meredith May Have To Swallow Her Pride

Us Weekly said that Meredith may have to swallow her pride. She is so over her suspension, which is like prison to her. She's stuck at home while her friends are at work and she is clearly missing out on all the drama at the hospital. Meredith told Bailey that she made the wrong choice about the way the latter treated Webber. "I want to [come back], but I can't. Not until he does," she said.

Meredith also talked about Derek. She remembered a day after Derek died when she said she didn't know where he was. She said she pretended she was going to be okay, but inside, she was going crazy. I guess it's like that for Nathan every day," Meredith added.

Alex Is Finally Free From His Legal Troubles

Meanwhile, "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 14 also showed Eliza taking things easy. She has come to the conclusion that the residents are not ready for the execution of her phase two plan, especially after what happened in the OR last week. This week, she paired residents with attendings, and Stephanie and Jo are with Alex.

Alex, on the other hand, is finally free from his legal dilemma. On his first day back at work, he had to deal with a mother-to-son kidney transplant. Another patient drama involved a young woman who is mentally unstable. "Grey's Anatomy" airs every Thursday at 8 p.m. on ABC.
