The story of “Dragon Ball Super” continues as the Universe Survival Arc gets exciting with Goku and Gohan scouting for fighters to represent Universe 7. The said anime series will be seeing the return of Frost. With this revelation, fans are curious at Frost’s improvement since the last time he appeared.
Frost Returns In Universe Survival Arc
“Dragon Ball Super” has moved on with a new arc, which is the Universe Survival Arc, gathering 12 Universes for the Zen-Oh Exhibition Tournament and Tournament of Power and even introducing new powerful characters. However, fans will be seeing Frost coming back to scene thanks to the said arc’s new opening sequence. It revealed that Frost will be representing Team Universe 6 in the up and coming Tournament of Power.
Frost recently starred in “Dragon Ball Super” during the Universe 6 Saga wherein a tournament was held between Universe 6 and Universe 7. He was also mentioned in the Future Trunks Saga where it was revealed that Frost has been at large in Universe 6 since he admitted that he is a space pirate. During this arc, Goku encounters Hit, the assassin who was presumably hired by Frost to kill Goku and who will also be joining the Tournament of Power.
Will Golden Frost Appear?
Frost comes from Frieza’s race hence they look very much alike even when achieving certain forms of their powers. Each universe that has been forced to join the Tournament of Power is keen on surviving so even Universe 6, who has characters who have grown attached to Universe 7, will still reach out to villains as long as they are powerful and able to win the Tournament of Power. Frost has been known to use sneaky tactics to attack and defeat his opponents but with the Omni King’s rule of not using weapons, Frost will have to rely on his own power.
As mentioned above, Frost has been in hiding for a while and this is most likely because he has been dedicating time to unlock and achieve his Golden Form, which is a very powerful transformation that takes a toll on the body as a side effect, just like Freiza. Frost needs to be stronger than the last time he appeared in order to go against not just Goku, but more than 60 opponents as well. Since the Universe 6 Saga, the warriors from Universe 6 have already shown utmost improvement in their skills, making fans anticipate Frost’s return and how strong he got.
