HMD Global, Nokia's new branded smartphones guardian are now making their way to the UK. After launching in February of this year at MWC 2017 and slowly heading to select markets, HMD Global has now officially announced that the mobile devices named as Nokia 3, 5 and 6 will be available in the UK within the next six weeks.
The Nokia 3
According to Android Authority, Nokia 3 will be the first mobile device to be revealed. It will go on sale starting July 12 for £119.99, which is approximately equal to $155.
The mobile device will feature a 5-inch 720p display and quad-core MediaTek processor. The internal storage space will be 16 GB with 2 GB of RAM and 2630 mAh battery. Aside from that, there’s also an 8 MP rear camera and an 8 MP selfie camera.
The Nokia 5
A couple of weeks later after the release of the Nokia 3, the Nokia 5 is set to be unveiled on August 2 for £179.99 or $232. As reported by Pocket-lint, the handset is expected to come with a 5.2-inch screen, 1280 x 720 pixels and 282ppi.
It will also have 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage with microSD slot, Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor and 3,000 mAh battery inside. Its camera will be 13 MP on the rear and 8 MP camera up front
The Nokia 6
Meanwhile, the Nokia 6 is expected to arrive August 16 for £219.99, which is equivalent to $285. It is the only mobile device among the set which houses a 1080p screen and a 5.5-inch display. It will also have the Qualcomm's Snapdragon 430 chipset, 3 GB of RAM and choices of 4 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB internal storage.
In addition to that, the camera of the Nokia 6 is said to be its boastful feature, which comes in at 16 MP rear and 8 MP sensor on the front. Its battery will be the same as the Nokia 5, which 3,000 mAh battery. All three of the Nokia phones will launch with Android Nougat and a possible upgrade.
