Apple to Fix AirPods Lineup in 2024

Bloomberg reported that Apple will overhaul lower-end versions of the AirPods. Currently, there has been some problem with the existing lineup for the audio peripherals.

The latest $179 earbuds have a similar vibe to the AirPods Pro, however, the feature failed to give any difference from the second-generation AirPods that cost only $129. To resolve this, Apple will be releasing two new fourth-generation non-Pro models with updated look, redesigned cases, and USB-C charging.

Meanwhile, the Pro version of the two models will feature active noise cancellation. The company is also looking for new ways to upgrade its AirPods Max headphones like putting USB-C charging and new colors.

The most important development is the hearing aid functionality which is set to roll out later next year. Apple believes that it could boost the revenue for the line next year.

Apple Watch Works on Advanced Health Features

Apple is currently working on advancing its smartwatch health features, including hypertension and sleep apnea detection. The feature will alert users if the system detects that the user could potentially have the condition and will recommend follow-up testing.

The company might already foresee that the current Apple Watch lineup will not be at its best sales this holiday season due to the lack of striking features. Customers have no reason to upgrade their current watches for now.

Regardless, new advanced health detection features have a huge potential to drive the market in the following years as Apple intends to put comfort above all else on its upcoming devices.
