T-Pain Leaves NoPixel for GTA VI

A fan noticed that T-Pain was no longer on the NoPixel, a popular GTA V role-play server where the artist usually roleplayed. T-Pain then explained that his collaboration with GTA VI required him to leave the server.

"They had this whole speech, like, 'What if somebody took your album and re-recorded it, and more people were listening to that,' and I'm like, 'Okay, I kind of get that, but I was having a good time. Alright, that's fine,'" he said.

However, T-Pain noticed that Rockstar also hired people from the RP servers like FiveM and RedM. Although he found the irony amusing, the artist already agreed with his exclusive participation in GTA VI.

As of writing, there are no specific details as to how T-Pain will contribute to the development of the game but fans guessed that it could be something big for him to get banned roleplaying.

GTA Roleplay Popularity

NoPixel gained popularity for its high-quality roleplays that are often participated by popular Twitch streamers. As for T-Pain, he has been roleplaying since 2021.

According to the server's wiki, NoPixel is created to provide an immersive experience where players and viewers alike can experience stories and situations, in what is essentially another world."

There is still much time left before GTA VI launches and for now, fans can still enjoy the GTA V RP servers. For sure, there is a chance that GTA VI will open the door for a new wave of roleplaying servers.

Last year, Rockstar Games broke the much-awaited news by releasing the GTA VI trailer and revealing that it will be released in 2025.
