Galaxy Note 7 Poses 3 Tough Choices To Samsung

Samsung has just experienced its darkest of days as its newly released Galaxy Note 7 experiences battery defects, heating it up and ultimately exploding by itself. With this, Samsung has issued a worldwide recall of more than 2.5 million Galaxy Note 7 units globally.

Now, there are around 60% of the defective phones that were sent back and are replaced by a safer Galaxy Note 7.

However, with the recent incident that happened on a Southwest Airlines flight where a Galaxy Note 7 replacement phone smoked up, Samsung is yet again facing an even bigger problem. So what does this mean for Samsung? Here are the three best things that the company can do to its Galaxy Note 7.

Choice #1: Issue another Galaxy Note 7 Recall

Perhaps this may sound to be another tedious and destructive recall, but Samsung faces a limited number of options. It still has the chance to redeem itself, even in the slightest of redemptions, if ever it was to successfully issue another recall.

Choice #2: Stop the Production of Galaxy Note 7 Units

Another choice that the company can take on is to totally put an end to the mess. What best way to stop the problem, then to get rid of the problem - get rid of the Galaxy Note 7. With this, Samsung can rebrand it or put some new features to a rebranded Galaxy Note 7 that has another name.

Choice #3: Summon the Galaxy Note 8

Well, this might sound to be another doomed unit if ever its production is to be sped up, it still stands on solid ground because this will shift the attention of the public to the newer Galaxy Note 8. One thing is for sure, and that the consumers will not forget how horrible the previous Galaxy Note 7 unit was.
