Amidst the success of Deadpool Movie and the creation of Guardians Of The Galaxy 2, the merc with a mouth producer told the media that they swapped characters in order to show why Deadpool cannot be paired up with other character.

Ego The Living Planet

Originally, 20th Century Fox has the right to use Ego The Living Planet but in order for them to depict what they wanted, they need a character that can blend with Deadpool. Also, as reported by one of the respected web sites, they made some changes on their character line up due to the extensive time that will be consumed for GGI effects if they are going to use the original lineup that includes Ego The Living Planet.

Negasonic Teenage Warhead

Remember the small girl who stood beside Deadpool in the scene where he was beating up those gunman? Apparently, that is her name and it's a long one. Negasonic Teenage Warhead was inserted to the Deadpool movie because she has a character that blends well with Deadpool. Although she was a late addition on the original plan, she made a great impact and most of the fans want to know more about the nonsensical heroine.

Negasonic Teenage Warhead has different powers compared to what was shown in the comic book. I tried to check each and every comic book series that she was in and they have the same description of her powers. Comic book states that Negasonic Teenage Warhead has the psychic abilities but in the movie she has explosive kinetic powers. It is somehow similar Cannonball of the New Mutants or Jubilee of X-Men.

Latest Update On Deadpool 2 And Guardians Of The Galaxy

The development of the two blockbuster sequels are already on its way. However, the only difference with these two movies is, Deadpool had its share of issues that includes its director leaving the set and some issues that were not fully discussed. Regardless  of what is happening right now, I am pretty sure both films will be box office hits.
