This is a sad news especially to those fans who followed his journey. The former NBA All-Star, Steve Francis is facing another problem as he was arrested last weekend.

Steve Francis And The Player He Once Was

Arguably one of the most athletic guards who ever stepped on an NBA court is dealing again with his demons. Steve Francis, a.k.a franchise was known for his razzle-dazzle moves and his insane hops. Steve Francis played for multiple teams in the NBA but his stint with the Houston Rockets is his best. He was one of the most feared competitors in his glory days. He doesn't know the word fear and doesn't back down from nobody. He is like Russell Westbrook of the Oklahoma City Thunder.

His career averages are, 18 ppg, 6.5 apg, and 5.6 rpg. He's the first combo guard who excelled in his position. Steve Francis is a sneaky scorer and he can do it both inside and outside. Steve Francis, although tagged as the Franchise was traded to Orlando Magic in exchange for Tracy McGrady. The two All-Stars were on their prime when the blockbuster trade happened. The trade didn't do anything good to Steve Francis. His game was declining and his demons were uprising.

Steve Francis is not new to controversies. There was one time when he was beaten up during a concert in Houston because he was to "nosy". According to one of his former teammates, Steve Francis is losing control with his life. Just this weekend, Steve Francis was arrested for drunk driving. The police reported the incident and they told the media that the former All-Star was a pain in the ass. Francis was verbally abusive to the officer who responded. Not only was he drunk, but police officers also found some weed in his possession.
