Alcatel Introduces Budget Handset A3 XL, Excellent Display Features Revealed

TCL has been on its greatest pursuit of producing top of the line yet affordable smartphones. And just this year, it is ready to release a series of communication devices that would let you feel luxurious in a very low price. Sources told that it would stay on the budget but still holds on to its promise of giving premium experience.

Alcatel A3 XL: Budget Smartphone With Great And Excellent Specifications

According to GSM Arena, the first part of the Alcatel series is its A3 XL. It has a 6-inch IPS LF panel covered with a plastic shell. There are series of colors available for the phones' frame that would make everybody crave for it. However, critics revealed that the phone's display has HD resolution which would actually yield to low-quality sharpness.

On its camera, the Alcatel A3 XL features an 8MP main shooter with single LED flash attached on it. It could also capture videos in 720p at 30 fps.

It also has set of sensors helpful for users most of the time. This includes G-sensor, Proximity sensor, Light sensor and Arkamys. Other basic features include GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

On the other hand, the device also brags about its fingerprint reader that is reportedly protecting users from thefts. The device is said to be released this year and would first go to Africa, Asia, Middle East and Latin America. With this features and specifications, many are looking forward on what the other Alcatel series would actually look like.

As Alcatel's Senior Vice President Vittorio Di Mauro, said:

"The new Alcatel A3 XL enables them to watch their best HD movies and get an all-around fabulous multimedia experience, including gaming that involves high-volume data transfer. In short, it gives them a lot of bang for their buck."
