Oliver and the whole Team Arrow would be coming to Russia in "Arrow" season 5, episode 12. Spoilers reveal they would be meeting up with an old friend, Anatoly. Meanwhile, the backstory of how Oliver became a part of the Russian mafia will also be revealed.

"Arrow" season 5, episode 11, titled "Second Chances" introduced two new characters in the show, Dinah Drake, previously known as Tina Boland (Juliana Harkavy) and Talia al Ghul (Lexa Doig). Fans also saw flashbacks of Oliver (Stephen Amell), killing an associate of Kovar and Talia urging Oliver to be a vigilante. Talia is the master of Oliver's mentor. She was the one who trained Yao Fei Gulong (Byron Mann), a martial artist and master archer who was Oliver's first mentor.

The official synopsis for "Arrow" season 5, episode 12 via Spoiler TV reveals Oliver will be coming back to Russia for a mission with the entire Team Arrow including their most recent recruit, the new Black Canary, Dinah. There they will meet Oliver's old friend, Anatoly Knyazev. In the original comics, Anatoly is one of the leaders of a big Russian mafia organization called Solntsevskaya Bratva.

According to a report, episode 12 will reveal more of Oliver's past. How he knew Russian language and how he became part of Bratva. The synopsis also reveals the episode will feature Lance (Paul Blackthorne) coming out of rehab. He will return to the mayor's office to get back to work.

However, Lance will face problems in his return. A reporter, Susan (guest star Carly Pope) will ask for an interview with Lance to discuss his addiction and Lance will hesitate about it. It is up to Rene (guest star Rick Gonzalez) to keep things on track with Lance.

"Arrow" season 5, episode 12 titled "Bratva" will air on Wednesday, Feb. 8 at 8 p.m. ET o The CW.
