One of Japan's most popular manga series is about to see the end of the road as Hiro Mashima is reportedly mapping the last of "Fairy Tail." A tentative timeline was also given by the creator, leaving fans with only two more volumes to enjoy.
The man behind the success of "Fairy Tail," Hiro Mashima recently penned a lengthy message that brought some sad news to the fans of the hit manga series. Yonkou Productions posted a translated version of his letter on Twitter last May 9. Fans were then quick to share their thoughts, but the announcement no longer came as a surprise to them as the webcomic was already said to end earlier this year as the manga's official website announced that "Fairy Tail" is already on its final arc.
Hiro shared his thoughts about doing more "Fairy Tail" chapters, saying he might grow tired if he is to further the story. He then expressed his gratitude for the support and the love that his creation received from millions of fans from across the globe. He also mentioned that he will still feel empty upon the conclusion of "Fairy Tail." He has however teased on a new manga as he shares his excitement to start on a new project whose production will commence after his current work.
The two volumes are promised to be delivered sooner but both Hiro and Yonkou have not given any details about the installments' releases. Fans were, however, predicting the exact timeline as each volume contains nine chapters hence, leaving "Fairy Tail" with less than 20 more stories to convey.
Fans are yet to see "Fairy Tail" chapter 535 on May 17 where Lucy Heartfilia will have to deal with the aftermath of bringing Natsu back to life. The previous chapter featured Lucy rewriting the lost letters of the Book of E.N.D. It was revealed then that fixing the book will help revive Natsu Dragneel. However, the chapter ended with the power of the book-devouring Lucy, which spoilers for "Fairy Tail" chapter 535 claim might let her fall into the darkness.
More predictions for "Fairy Tail" chapter 535 claim that Lucy will succeed at reviving Natsu but in the condition that their lives will become connected. Natsu will then try to stop Zeref for the second time, but once he fails and dies, Lucy will also meet her demise.
