'Cowboy Bebop' Anime Series Gets A Live Action Remake

It has been announced that another anime series will be adapted into a television series. Popular anime series, “Cowboy Bebop” has landed a live action remake and fans are ecstatic.

Tomorrow Studios has revealed just recently that it will be turning the well-known Japanese animated series, “Cowboy Bebop” into a live action series. The adaptation will be a television series production made possible by the partnership between Marty Adelstein and ITV Studios. Sunset Inc., the studio that produced the original anime series will also produce the live action version while Chris Yost who worked on the movie “Max Steel” will be aboard to write the series.

Adelstein who was worked on several popular television series such as “Prison Break”, “Teen Wolf”, and “Last Man Standing” has revealed how he felt to be part of the new project. He stated that he was excited to work alongside Sunrise Inc. on bringing a great animated series to the United States and introduce it to the rest of the world as well. He added that the original “Cowboy Bebop” animated series was well-received by various audience all over the world and the live action version will hopefully have the same incredible impact.

“Cowboy Bebop” was first released as a manga novel and was then adapted into an anime series in April 1998. Though the series was quite unpopular when it was first released, it eventually gained countless fans over its unique animation style that combined great art with mature content and unexpected storylines. “Cowboy Bebop” made history when Adult Swim picked it up as its first anime series release.

The creator of “Cowboy Bebop” wanted the manga to be adapted into a movie that is why each episode from the anime series resembled a mini feature. The said anime series follows the lives of a bounty hunter crew that travels on their spaceship, which they called Bebop. The main character is named Spike Spiegel who is surrounded with a depiction of loneliness and existential ennui.
