HTC One A9 On Sale For Only $299 This Week: Full Review

HTC has recently announced the coming of the HTC One A9S. While that smartphone isn't coming out just yet, the current HTC One A9 is still available. For this week, it will be on discount so people who would want to get it should grab one while the sale is ongoing.

The regular price for the HTC One A9 is $499 but for this week, it is being sold at $299, according to Phone Arena. HTC also offers a one-year phone replacement if ever it gets damaged in some way, though that offer only stands if the unit is bought directly from HTC.

The HTC One A9 can either be bought unlocked or else locked into a carrier. Carriers that carry the HTC One A9 include AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint. GSM Arena adds that the smartphone's discount runs only up to September 18, so those who are deciding to get it should do so before that date.

The HTC One A9 has 32 GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD. It also has 3 GB RAM. There is a slightly lower HTC One A9 variant which has 16 GB storage and 2 GB RAM. It runs with the Snapdragon 617 as its processor, has a 13 MP rear camera and a 4 MP front camera, and a 5-inch Super AMOLED screen that should be very vibrant and bright-colored.

The HTC One A9 is just enough for its size. With only 5 inches of screen size, it will fit in most pockets comfortably. It is also much easier and lighter to handle than larger smartphones. Many do note that the HTC One A9 looks so much like an iPhone, making some say that it is an iPhone clone.

Despite such comparisons the HTC One A9 is its own smartphone and delivers in its own way. Perhaps one thing it does have that no iPhone ever had is microSD support, something which many smartphone users appreciate. It is a feature which many still find useful and convenient.

While HTC has the One A9 on sale, another HTC product in the HTC Vive is coming out this year, as previously covered by iTechPost.
