Based on the leaks, Rowlett begins with a poor speed of 42 and mixed stats, but will start to earn a good stat boost after evolving into a Datrix by means of good attack and defense, yet lagging speed. In the final form as Decidueye, the beginner earns a huge stat boost that will push the speed up to 70, while attack goes up to 107. Litten, on the other hand, is a fire-type cat that shows off an impressive speed of 70 and attack of 65 for a beginner Pokemon that when evolved as Torracat, speed increases up to 90 and 85 for the attack.
