Digimon World: Next Order Trailer Released, New Digimon Revealed

Digimon fans, finally, a new update was released by Bandai Namco about its much-anticipated sequel of Digimon World Series, The Digimon World: Next Order. It has been months since they’ve stayed silent about it and just recently surprised the gaming industry with its big reveals.

Digimon World started way back 1999. It was able to release multiple versions already all over the world. They are somehow considered as one of the originals when it comes to open world gaming. Digimon has always been compared to Pokemon but true fans know the difference between the two.

Digimon World: Next Order And Demo Trailer

For almost half a year, legions of fans have been waiting for an update on Digimon World. Although technically it was released already last March 17, 2016 on PlayStation Vita in Japan, some fans wants to play it with other platforms. Multiple forums about Digimon World suggest that they want the game on a new platform which is in PlayStation 4.

Just the other day, Bandai Namco released “Un-hatch Your Destiny” trailer of Digimon World: Next Order. The trailer was widely received by fans and they were able to notice numerous difference on the previous game and on the latest trailer. A new Digimon was showcased and it looks stronger than the current roster.

Digimon World: Next Order, New Digimon

During the epic trailer, there was a new Digimon that was presented. It is called “Boltbautamon. This new Digimon character is no hero or protagonist. According to some reports, the ultimate goal of Boltbautamon is to strike fear and eliminate light while spreading darkness. He is a product or combination of Piedmon and Myotismon.

Boltbautamon also showed a glimpse of his devastating special attack called Balaziwaltzer. This forceful magic attack can be used with his sword called Spiedini. The only way to make this new Digimon activated is to win several events in the game. As stated, Digimon World: Next Order will be released on January 31 for North America, January 27 for Europe and February 26 for Japan.
