Gangstar Vegas Trailer: Looks Like Grand Theft Auto

A new trailer has appeared from Gameloft for the upcoming mobile game Gangstar Vegas.

The trailer doesn't reveal very much about the game and, in fact, includes no actual gameplay footage. The trailer is only about 30 seconds long and definitely has a Grand Theft Auto vibe, which shouldn't be too surprising, given Gameloft's previous title Gangstar Rio: City of Saints.

As for a release date for the open world game, the trailer says that Gangstar Vegas is "coming soon." Although the statement is vague, Gameloft is known for announcing a launch date not too long after a teaser trailer has been released. The game will launch on both Android and iOS.

As seems usual with Gameloft teaser trailers, we don't have much to go on for Gangstar Vegas, other than a YouTube description that says we'll be able to "plunge into Las Vegas's Underworld."

So far each game in this series has been a paid game, so we will see what happens with this version. Otherwise Gameloft could launch a freemium title. In the meantime, if you can't wait to get your Gangstar fix, you can go and download Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The game is available for $1.99. Vice City was a popular game in the Grand Theft Auto franchise and it's quite a treat to see it arriving on mobile operating systems, especially for Gangstar fans.

We'll stay tuned for more information regarding Gameloft's Gangstar Vegas. In the meantime, you can watch the trailer below.
