Trump Administration Revokes The Obama Regime's Law That Protects The Rights Of Transgender Students
During the past administration's regime, there were laws created that gives students in public schools the right to choose facilities as well as bathrooms in accordance to their gender identity. However, last Wednesday night, the Trump administration withdrew these rules. This withdrawal has been strongly condemned by Civil right groups for this step may jeopardize transgender children, cause discrimination as well as cause great uncertainty over the federal government's duty in creating and imposing civil rights.
Laws Were Implemented Last May Allowing Transgender Students Use Facilities According To Gender Identity
Last May, the Federal Government released a joint direction recommending schools to let transgender students use facilities that equates to their gender identity.
